Peter Yu is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan. His research focus is efficient multimodal machine learning in the context of embodied AI agents. He is particularly interested in representation learning of videos and language. He has extensive industry experience as a distributed, real-time systems engineer, having worked at various technology companies in New York City before starting his Ph.D. program.
