Jake Sansom is a PhD student in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on grounded language acquisition in embodied AI agents, online/continual learning, and cognitive modeling. Prior to graduate school, Jake obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computational Engineering and a self-designed minor focused on Cognitive Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
